As we approach 2024 and WrestleMania season, what will Triple H do with the WWE Hall of Fame?
After all, it is one of a few remaining major events in the WWE calendar that Hunter has yet to fully and completely own.
Another which I don’t think he’s had sole ownership of is the Royal Rumble, which is why I am really excited for that.
But, what about the WWE Hall of Fame?
We know there will be a ceremony, as the company has already begun hyping it.
With WrestleMania in Philadelphia in 2024, many expect some ECW love. We already know of one extreme legend who probably won’t be there, however.
What Will Triple H Do With The WWE Hall Of Fame?
Per the Wrestling Observer, the current belief is that any inductees will be subject to Triple H’s final approval.
There is an expectation that Nick Khan could strongly suggest certain honorees, for say, political benefit or reasoning, but because of Hunter’s role, it is expected that he will have final say.
As such, many believe that Triple H will put forth a more interesting class.
Specifically, Vince was stubborn. If someone had crossed him, he or she might never get the honor of the Hall call.
Plus, Vince was less willing to forgive and forget, or to bestow the honor on primarily non-WWE talent known the world over.
Under Triple H, the expectation is that this will change.
One name that has gotten plenty of love for the Class of 2024 would be Paul Heyman, given his role in ECW.
Another being talked about is Ken Shamrock, due to the recently released new line of merchandise.
A name worth watching would be Chyna’s.
She remains a legendary, if controversial figure in WWE history.
Vince likely kept her out due to what she did after she was out of the company.
But Hunter surely has a soft spot for the former DX member. Could 2024 be her year?
With the Road to WrestleMania nearly upon us, we should hear some names soon enough.
