Paul Heyman knows talent when he sees it and after what has happened in NXT, the advocate for many now views Tiffany Stratton as the future of WWE.
Paul Heyman Endorses Tiffany Stratton As The Future Of WWE
Paul Heyman is known for running ECW and being very successful when it comes to managing talent. He has worked closely with the likes of Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, CM Punk and other top names.
While he is currently representing Reigns and The Bloodline, he is thinking about the future. Remember, Heyman usually follows whoever has the most potential.
He was recently spotted in NXT, where he was speaking to Ava Raine. Although, while talking with Fox News Digital, Heyman had huge praise for Tiffany Stratton.
“Tiffany Stratton is someone that Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair and the main roster women better keep their eyes on,” said Heyman. “She’s another one who, if she continues on this path, is going to be a significant player in the future of this industry and leading the industry into the future.”
Stratton won the NXT Women’s Championship and held it for a few months. Her reign ended at the hands of Becky Lynch.
Losing the title to a main roster superstar like Lynch is fine. It gave Stratton more exospore on TV and clearly WWE sees big things.
“I thought Tiffany Stratton not only held her own in the ring with Becky Lynch, I thought in the promos that she did with Becky Lynch she more than held her own as well,” said Heyman. “That’s no easy task for someone that hasn’t been on the main roster for a long time, let alone for any time.”
“Tiffany held her own in a very tense situation with Becky Lynch and looked great doing it. I wasn’t because Becky Lynch knew how to carry her through the segment. It was because Tiffany knew how to present herself, and she did it quite well – very impressive.”
For now, Stratton remains part of NXT. She has been wrestling for about two years, so maybe another year in NXT before the main roster.
Perhaps, she could be the next female to main event WrestleMania.
