Is Omos Still Part Of WWE Roster?

WWE likes to push the larger wrestlers, whether tall or round. That concept has been toned-down in recent years, but they are always looking.

It seemed like they might have found something in Omos. Overall, he might not be the most liked wrestler to fans; although, being 7 foot, 3 inches and weighing over 400 pounds helps.

There are few wrestlers who have the same figures.

After over 50 days of not wrestling, Omos returned last weekend during a live event. In quick fashion, he pinned Akira Tozawa.

We first saw Omos as part of RAW Underground. He was the bouncer who said little and stopped problems for Shane McMahon.

After joining the main roster and winning tag team gold with AJ Styles, they went their separate ways.

Eventually, MVP was paired with the monster sized wrestler. This saw Omos get his biggest push to date.

Once MVP was paired with Omos, he was better positioned. Leave the talking to MVP as the 29 year old wrestler continues to find his placement.

He toyed with Brock Lesnar for about a month before losing at WrestleMania 39. Next, the massive WWE superstar was unable to score the victory when he took on Seth Rollins.

Still, those two matches saw the Nigerian featured well. His match with Rollins is considered the best of his short career.

There is no word on what WWE has planned next. He was a late addition to the SummerSlam Battle Royal and he is yet to return to TV since that August encounter.
