It should not be much of a surprise, but this Superstar continues to quietly impress.

She would be called a good hand, for sure.

The Superstar in question would be Natalya.

Long the rock of the women’s division, even though she’s barely gotten any accolades when compared to the mainstays like Charlotte or Ronda Rousey, she continues to do whatever she can to help.

Including recently working not one, but two matches on the same Superstar Spectacle in India.

Natalya was in India to have a match against Rhea Ripley, which she did have, and predictably, she was unable to defeat the champion for her title.

However, Becky Lynch had travel issues and was not able to travel to India.

And Lynch had been scheduled to take on Zoey Stark, also on the major show.

When news of Lynch’s travel issues came up, WWE had 3 female Superstars in country, and did not want to scrap a match.

When she heard that Stark would be without an opponent due to The Man’s travel debacle, Natalya stepped up and offered to work two matches in Hyderabad.

It is one more way in which she continues to lead the WWE Women’s Division.

While others get all the credit and plenty of attention, the veteran presence of Natalya remains a quiet and steady presence.

One of these days, maybe she will get some time running with either of the newest women’s championships, as some notable talents have gotten as a measure of respect and a reward for an amazing and under the radar career.

While she has certainly held gold before, she was the women’s division before there actually was a women’s division.

Natalya was ahead of the curve-she came in as a true wrestler, the last to come out of the famed Hart Dungeon, in an era that gave us primarily divas.

She bridged the gap from then to now, and continues to be a tremendous asset to the company.
