We had been hearing that Rhea Ripley’s return was imminent, and those reports proved quite accurate. During the most recent episode of RAW, Dirty Dom Mysterio continued to be way too close to Liv Morgan. As Priest continued to tell him to handle it, Dom did anything but. It wasn’t long ago where Priest told Dom-and the world-that Rhea was ticked off at her on-screen flame. Well, now we know perhaps just how mad she is.

Granted, we didn’t hear from her on Monday. As it seemed the young Mysterio and Morgan were about to share an on screen kiss, Mami’s music hit and she stormed to the ring with a purpose. Liv ran for the hills. Dom looked like he’d rather be anywhere than in the middle of the ring. It was an awkward and uncomfortable segment, with good reason. Now, we are hearing more about how Rhea Ripley will be presented following her return.

Change of plans?

Per PWInsider, internal sheets list Judgement Day as heels for RAW. That much makes complete sense, and is not hard to see. However, upon her return this week, those same internal sheets have Rhea Ripley listed as a babyface. It is going to be interesting to see how things unfold on next week’s RAW, because surely there’s going to be some explaining to do. But, it would seem like perhaps this is part of yet another fracture within Judgement Day?

After all, at one point the group was led by Edge, until they kicked him out. Could Rhea Ripley opt out from the group, or could they force her out? And could her seeming face turn be at all linked to the shades of a similar face turn we’ve been seeing from Damian Priest? Considering Priest was surely on the phone with Ripley during RAW before she returned, and in recent weeks, that doesn’t seem hard to pull off. Could Ripley and Priest split off from the main group? After all, most of the group seems to enjoy having Liv Morgan around. Interesting twist indeed.
