What WWE NXT Has Planned For Brian Pillman Jr.
As per PWI Elite, Brian Pillman Jr. could be debuting under a new ring name. Still, the report reveals that there would be a strong family connection behind it.

Big Bout In The Works For Matt Riddle?
While the report is clear that this has not been confirmed as of yet, and is simply what “the belief” is. It was said that Pillman’s late half-sister, who passed away in a car crash, was named Alexis, who was once a business manager for the talent.
It was also stated that “King” was the last name of Brian’s mother when she remarried after his dad passed away. Pillman began wrestling the indies circuit in 2017 when he was 24.
He entered Major League Wrestling (MLW) in 2018 and participated in All Elite Wrestling’s (AEW) Casino Battle Royal during the promotion’s inaugural pay-per-view (PPV) Double or Nothing in May 2019.
What Are WWE’s Plans For Carlito?
As MLW shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pillman began working for AEW but was still under contract with the other wrestling promotion. In July 2021, he signed a full-time agreement with All Elite, but his deal expired on July 11th of this year.
He ended up joining WWE’s developmental brand in August 2023 but has yet to officially debut. Recently, vignettes of Pillman Jr. watching TV highlights of his dad’s career with the Cincinnati Bengals and WCW started airing some weeks back. Still, no mention of what his name will be.
