The agreed-upon salary was apparently $70,000 per month. Wiley also states in the documents that he was discriminated against by Vinny-Mac. It was highlighted that the “Plaintiff” was arrested and charged (sic) for aggravated (sic) assault and attempted homicide against “New Castle, Pennsylvania Law Enforcement” on October 22, 2022.

It goes on to say that it was an “order of the U.S. Secret Service” and “Pennsylvania State Police Troop D”. The documents also note that the “major case team possess a warrant to unlawful seized search” of the Plaintiff’s phone and property in a “conspiracy theory plot” to destroy and obstruct any evidence that supports facts that the WWE employee “Alexia (sic) Bliss email test to the Plaintiff hangout, what app email business accounts”.

He’s asking for $6 million dollars for the breach and to be reimbursed for all his legal fees. Interestingly enough, this isn’t the first time Dana Willey has tried to sue VKM.

He attempted a lawsuit back in 1995. This time, he sued Vince, as well as members of the NWO and DX, stating he had signed a “fair use” agreement for those groups’ trademarks.

Wiley noted he signed the deal on the New Castle, PA courthouse steps after being sentenced in a criminal case that was “unrelated”. The legal suit was eventually dismissed.
