In society, we still have trouble accepting what rights people should have. We have seen the LGBTQ community make strides the last few decades, but others are stuck in their outdated opinions.

It seems like the newest thing to make an issue with is being transgender. Basically, people are split on someone making such a change.

Pro wrestling is a little different from other forms of entertainment. They really do not care about the person’s gender or who they love.

Seemingly, wrestling fans just want a fun show to watch.

Gabbi Tuft was a wrestler for WWE, going by the name Tyler Reks. She did not make a huge impact in the company and it is her life since WWE that has gained all the attention.

In 2020, Tuft came out as a trans woman to her then wife and publicly the following year. The two remain friends to this day and share a child.

The former WWE superstar was spotted backstage in AEW, walking past one of the 18-wheeler trucks. She posted a clip on Instagram, which featured AEW’s Nyla Rose and Saraya.

Nyla Rose signed with AEW in the early days and is their first transitional wrestler. As expected, she took slack from some fans, but continues to forge onward.

It is nice to see members of the AEW roster welcoming Tuft. It remains to be seen if Tuft will attempt to sign with AEW, but she has spoken about wrestling again.

WWE seems like a stretch, but I do see AEW giving her a chance. Not matter where she signs, it would garner attention from the media.
