Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler recently dropped their WWE Women’s Tag Titles at the Money in the Bank (MITB) premium live event. The Baddest Woman on the Planet revealed disappointment about the match on social media.
Rousey Was Upset About Her Time Being Cut
Ronda had plenty to be upset about that night. Not only did her partner and long-time friend, Shayna Baszler turn on her, but the two ladies also lost their tag titles.
Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan picked up the win and the championships. While Rousey and Shayna had the upper hand in the match initially, Shayna’s betrayal secured the win for the other team.
Big News On Liv Morgan’s Return
Still, it wasn’t losing the titles or the turn from Shayna that had the former WWE Women’s Champion upset. It was that the time allotted for their bout was apparently cut three times.

As per a recent WNZ report, the WWE star could be leaving the company soon. This would explain the quick title change at MITB.
The idea is that she will use the “hard out” option in her WWE deal. This means she’ll exit storylines after this year’s SummerSlam event.
What’s Next For John Cena?
There’s no indication if the talent will leave for good or simply go on a hiatus. Only time will tell.
Rousey’s History With The WWE
Ronda signed with the WWE in 2017 and began training with Brian Kendrick. She surprised the world in early 2018 when she debuted at the Royal Rumble, showing up at the conclusion of the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble match.
During her tenure with the company, she’s been a two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, RAW Women’s Champion, and held the Women’s Tag Titles. She also won the 2022 Royal Rumble and main evented WM 35, along with Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.
