This one is admittedly less news and more speculative for now, but could TNA and WWE have a partnership?

Nothing has yet been announced by either side. Maybe nothing ever will.

But, following some posts on social media, in addition to some recent news, and, well, people are talking.

And the talk, while speculative, has some at least sound logic to it.

More important than that, it has some well connected wrestling journalists who are not denying things.

Could TNA And WWE Have A Partnership?

Here is where we are at.

Very recently, we have heard reports that Naomi-currently with TNA-is close to a WWE return.

Also recently, we knew we were getting Triple H on a Thursday Peacock appearance, making a “special announcement.

Which brings me to this post, which I came across Tuesday evening…

It got more credibility from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, responding to well-known X poster @_kennythoughts…what if Naomi isn’t returning, but rather Trinity the Knockouts Champion is entering the Rumble?
For now, it is again, 100 percent pure speculation. However, there do seem to be a lot of things that are just…too coincidental.

TNA has a partnership now with Endeavor. The very same Endeavor that purchased WWE.

TNA now calls PPV events Premium Live Events…kind of like WWE.

NXT has run “When Worlds Collide”, which is not new in and of itself, but it’s been their thing.

And, well, TNA has their upcoming show, using a very much similar tag line. All while hyping a major signing.

While the signing is most likely a former WWE Superstar (as it all sounded like “who” instead of “what”)…what if it’s also a working agreement with WWE?

Perhaps the two promotions could now have their own imagining of a Forbidden Door scenario? Granted that is AEW’s thing, but surely WWE and TNA could do something similar.

Plus, several notable WWE Superstars have history with TNA/IMPACT. If such a union happens, I would imagine sending talent to TNA would be done, much as they sent folks to NXT today.

Is this even happening? Nothing says it is, but a lot of reading the tea leaves says there could definitely be something coming to fruition.

Maybe we find out as soon as Thursday?
