With the biggest show of the year nearing, we have our WWE WrestleMania 40 dream card featuring The Rock, Roman Reigns and Logan Paul.

Those three figure to be huge factors when the annual big event rolls into Philadelphia in April of 2024.

Will this one nail each and every match across both nights of the show? No, nor will I fully attempt to do so.

The reality is, if I can do that…I should play the lottery.

With that, here we go!

So right out of the gate, lets start with a big one!

Who will Seth Rollins face in the City of Brotherly Love?

So much of me wants to say Gunther, but I believe that the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion drops his current gold first.

The only curve here is…would WWE want Gunther holding the big belt when they head to Berlin over the summer? Or is this why we should consider him the top threat in the Money In The Bank ladder match?

So, no Gunther…but then, who?

Going with two here. Drew McIntyre and Sami Zayn. This makes sense for a few reasons.

A triple threat affords Seth Rollins some protections for his lingering knee issue. Two opponents instead of one means that Rollins isn’t taking all the bumps.

Who wins? Rollins is due for a loss, and depending on the knee, some time off.

As much as I like Zayn, here’s my call. Drew pins Sami for the title.

Then, Toronto, SummerSlam 2024? Sami Zayn climbs the mountain.

Will it happen? Probably not, but sign me up.

Women’s World Championship Match

Right now, we have to wonder…will this even be Rhea Ripley making the defense?

I truthfully do not see Ripley losing on her home turf. That was such a Vince move, was it not?

So, if she gets past Nia Jax, the winner of the 2024 women’s Elimination Chamber is the play.

The logical move, the one that we’ve been watching get set up? Becky Lynch at WrestleMania..

However…I would love a complete surprise here. With talk of the Liv Morgan revenge tour, there’s a lot to like with that…but I also would not sleep on Tiffany Stratton.

The young Stratton gets close, but going with Morgan. And the former champion gets her biggest win not too far from her home town.

Rey Mysterio versus Santos Escobar

Will this be mask versus hair? Not a bad stipulation.

And make no mistake about it, this one needs a stipulation. Winner claims the LWO doesn’t feel big enough.

Big call here? Rey Mysterio takes the loss.

Rey is fun to root for, but he needs to be putting over the next generation of talent. On the grandest stage, give Escobar his biggest win yet.

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes is locked in. Will Rhodes finish the story?

I want to say yes so bad. So very, very bad.

But…I feel like WWE, even sans Vince McMahon, will want Reigns to take down a few more milestone title reigns.

Cody WILL win. It won’t be in Philly.

Expectation is Rock works his way in to be guest ref and screws the American Nightmare. But the whole ending has to feel epic (perhaps a new member of the Bloodline).

Intercontinental Championship

Gunther versus Jey Uso. Simple as that, we’ve been seeing the build coming.

I feel like now is the time to get singles gold on Jey Uso. Eventually, Solo will beat Jey, but for one night in Philadelphia, it is Jey’s time.

WWE Women’s Championship

Bayley versus IYO SKY…simple call here. Maybe.

One of two ways this goes.

Bayley wins and gets a massive win, perhaps pushing her into rare air.

Or, Bayley looks like she’s on the verge, and Dakotoa Kai turns on her finally.

Pretty Deadly in an impromptu match…

I don’t see this one as one with much set up or hype.

Have Pretty Deadly (or, alternatively, Theory and Waller) come out and run down the Philly crowd…and then an old familiar tune hits.

It’s the entrance theme for one of ECW’s favorite teams, the Dudleyz.

They come in, beat the hell out of the heels, and put them through tables.
