Concern For Cora Jade, Carmelo Hayes And Austin Theory

When an injury occurs, it gets plenty of attention. When three happen in a short period, people start getting concerned.

First, we start with Cora Jade. She met NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria in the main event.

Fans in attendance noted how Jade faked a knee injury early in the match from Dade City, Florida. By the conclusion, she was clutching the leg agin, but she not working the crowd this time.

They stated how a pin attempt from Valkyria did not go well and it seems that is where things went south. Jade was checked on my the medical team before being helped to the back, thus ending the show.

Since then, Joe Cora Jade did take to social media. She uploaded a GIF, that read “I laugh to keep from crying;” leaving more questions than answers.

Second, we head to SmackDown. Carmelo Hayes and Austin Theory wrestled with no winner. The match was stopped after a spot on the top rope.

Hayes was seated and Theory ran at him. It looked like some type of Spanish Fly was trying to be performed.

Both fell to the mat and it looked like they landed on the top of their heads. WWE provided an update stating they suffered face contusions, but will be okay.

Hayes did go to social media, sending his own GIF of the Undertaker sitting-up. Theory, as of now, is yet to comment.

Hopefully, WWE continues to provide updates on all three.
