When Rousey was looking to join WWE, there was tons of press. The story was covered across many different platforms.

First, Rousey teamed with AEW’s Marina Shafir against Athena and Billie Starkz at Wrestling Revolver’s REVOLVER Unreal card. That match ended with no decisive winner as Athena attacked Rousey with her title.

Then, Rousey appeared after AEW was done taping and it was Ring of Honor’s turn. Based off the reaction, not many people saw that coming.

Fightful Select reports how Rousey has not signed any type of deal. For now, she is working with Tony Khan on a handshake type deal.
