Randy Orton returned at WWE Survivor Series following major surgery and he plans to keep his pro wrestling career going for another decade.

Randy Orton Teases 10 More Years Of Pro Wrestling

Before last weekend, Randy Orton’s last WWE match took place May 20, 2022 on SmackDown. He lost the RAW Tag Team Championship alongside Matt Riddle to The Usos.

Heading into the match, Orton was in rough shape. He got through it and then underwent double back fusion surgery.

For many, they would call that a career ender. And, the doctors apparently told Orton the same thing.

But, this is Randy Orton we are talking about.

He did not follow orders and was the final member for the men’s team at Survivor Series. As expected, he received a huge ovation.

The crowd was happy to see “The Viper” again and he looked to be in great shape inside the ring. Hitting the RKO to win the match made the moment even sweeter after so long away.

Of course, CM Punk making a shocking return really took the focus off Orton. Soon enough, the Punk buzz will simmer.

After the cameras stopped rolling at Survivor Series, Orton gestured to the crowd about his future on the entrance ramp. Seemingly, he hinted at wanting to wrestle for another 10 years.

At 43 years old, that is a tough promise to keep. Also, considering all the problems Orton has gone through with his shoulders, neck and back, the odds are not in his favor.

When it comes to accomplishments, there is little Orton has not completed. I could see him working with Roman Reigns; especially, considering how the champion is running out of opponents.

Whenever Orton decides to retire, he will be a first ballot WWE Hall of Famer. That is a no-brainer.
