There was a possible tease on RAW…is an interesting change coming for The Miz?

On the Halloween edition of Monday Night RAW, perhaps some of the positioning was not by accident.

We had a presentation of MizTV, which was supposed to feature GUNTHER.

While we did eventually get to see the Intercontinental Champion, we first had to endure the rest of Imperium.

The trio trashed The Miz and the set as things turned physical.

In spite of the numbers against him, the wily veteran held his own before heading to the backstage area.

And as he made his way back…out came DIY, for their tag match against Imperium.

According to sources, this might have been some very faint foreshadowing.

Interesting Change Coming For The Miz?

Before WWE brought Johnny Gargano back, and before Ciampa was taken out by injury, Ciampa had been paired up with The Miz.

And for the most part, that duo being together worked.

Per BWE, there is at least some consideration to having a bit of a reunion.

There is at least some thought to having Miz make a face turn and work with DIY.

Honestly, seeing how the Miz/GUNTHER segment rated for RAW…that bodes well.

Some thoughts on this…

I don’t hate it, because while we’ve rarely gotten Miz face runs…he can pull it off. Yes, I do think he does a much better body of work as a heel, but he can work as a face.

And, while we all will expect an eventual heel double cross…we can enjoy it for what it is.

We also are still wondering where Dexter Lumis is. Could he return to set up some fashion of a Survivor Series match?

Lastly, about that turn or double cross down the road, since The Miz can’t stay a face for long…both Ciampa and Gargano did do good work in NXT as heels.

Ciampa for turning on Johnny Wrestling, and Gargano as part of The Way.

So…who’s to say the entire group couldn’t form and eventually turn en masse?
