Lost to a major injury in November of 2022 a fan favorite is due back soon!

Though not the most significant Superstar, and certainly not often in the main event mix, for years R-Truth has been a fixture on WWE television.

While many may not miss the hillarity that was the WWE 24/7 Championship…many of us do miss the man who held the green belt 54 times.

R-Truth was last seen in NXT working against Grayson Waller. During the match, Truth suffered a major injury to his quad, and he has been out of action and off of television ever since.

Having been down a year, and having been seen training at the Performance Center, it seems likely that he could return at any time.

Being as we are in November…and after Survivor Series the next big premium live event is the Royal Rumble…we have to at least ask….

Would WWE save a return of R-Truth to be one of the few surprise entrants in the 2024 edition of the match?

Or is it more important to give fans a nice moment on whichever brand he heads back for?

For everything Truth has done for the company, you’d kind of love seeing him get a big crowd pop in Tampa next January.

But if he is ready and can get back into things now, then getting him back sooner probably makes the most sense.

Could we see Truth head to SmackDown? After all, he was hurt during a match with Grayson Waller…and if we are to see Waller and Theory poking Kevin Owens…perhaps Owens would need some backup?
