AEW Champion MJF can be a controversial talent, so a recent flurry of tweets have fans questioning whether or not he has heat.

MJF recently sent out a tweet on X/Twitter. He noted that he was in pain, but still showing up at Dynamite.
Interestingly enough, UnsafeChairshot, and an account on X/Twitter quoted his tweet. They offered a message of their own, as you can see above.
Even more interesting was the fact that some AEW talent liked the tweet. The post was acknowledged by top stars like Sammy Guevara, Jack Perry, and Britt Baker.
To add to the controversy, Ms. Baker sent out a post during Dynamite on X/Twitter. She pointed out that she’s had zero promo time as of yet this year, yet MJF has.
Meanwhile, Sammy Guevara has been cleared to return to action since the concussion he suffered in October during WrestleDream. Still, this may not happen anytime soon since he and Tay Melo just welcomed their first daughter.
Then there’s Jack Perry, who hasn’t been on AEW TV since he was “indefinitely suspended”. This was due to an incident with CM Punk during AEW’s All In event in August, which took place in London, England.
As there’s a mysterious pack of individuals attacking the World Champion right now, led by an even more mysterious “Devil” these “likes” could all be for show and to swerve fans. Still, they might also be genuine reactions to past backstage issues.
At the end of the day, it’s too hard to call. Still, fans can look forward to the talent facing two of the “Devil’s” henchmen during Dynamite next week when the Champ teams up with Samoa Joe to face them in a tag match.
