Now out of wrestling for over a year and a half due to a major neck injury, how is Big E feeling?
Considering that we are slowly approaching that time of year where fans anticipate surprise returns, this question is going to come up…and so why not now.
Outside of the occasional television commercial we have not seen Big E much since he suffered the tragic injury.
Now, we’ve gotten updates throughout the months since then. And, there have been some setbacks, but the news is good today.
And, the news comes not from Big E, but from one of his stablemates, Kofi Kingston.
So, to set it up, we ask again…
How Is Big E Feeling?
According to Kingston, his New Day compadre is feeling pretty good.
How good? So good that he is reportedly back to very nearly 100 percent health.
That’s a big bit of news, considering his major neck injury and the extensive rehab.
Per Kingston, from a day to day perspective, Big E is feeling good, and that means he gets to do things like lifting weights.
Big Return Lined Up For Survivor Series?
And doing that surely means that the former world champion is doing what he can to get back into shape.
What it does not necessarily mean, however, is if or when we would or could see Big E back in the ring.
For his part in that, the missing member of the New Day has basically said he’s made peace with things, meaning if he never gets to return to the ring, he’s OK with that.
He has done a lot of coming to terms with things. After first suffering the injury on SmackDown, there were fans mad at Ridge Holland over the injury…but Langston was not one of them.
But…if Big E is feeling close to 100% healthy, and he is lifting weights…could a Rumble return in 2024 be in the cards?
