Bryan Danielson is one of the best wrestlers around and also maybe the toughest. Unfortunately, for the second time in recent memory he is legitimately injured.
Bryan Danielson Suffers Broken Orbital Bone At AEW Dynamite
Bryan Danielson has a career that saw him wrestle for most major companies, with a few exceptions outside of the United States. During his career, many considered him the best in the world for years.
On AEW Dynamite, Danielson & Claudio Castagnoli defeated Orange Cassidy & Kazuchika Okada. During the bout, it seems like Danielson suffered an injury to his face.Â
It was a chaotic scene as members from both teams looked concerned, while also not breaking character by continuing with taunts. Doctors arrived and helped Danielson.
In the meantime, more wrestlers came to ringside to add more confusion. It felt like there was some anger towards someone(s) over what happened.
AEW Title Plans May Have Changed
Originally, whatever occurred was portrayed as part of an angle. By the time our TV screens went to black, there was no update.
Honestly, the entire conclusion of Dynamite was strange. Nobody could tell if something actually happened or if Tony Khan was messing with fans.
Maybe, AEW can turn what happened into some sort of angle.
During Saturday’s Collision, AEW reported how Danielson broke his orbital bone and PW Insider confirmed the report. It is unknow if the injury came from the finisher or Cassidy or Okada.
Danielson unsent several major injuries in WWE on his neck, other body parts and concussions. For a period of time, WWE’s doctors would not clear him and he would be forced into retirement.
Danielson just got the okay to wrestle again after breaking his arm at Forbidden Door against Okada. Also, he stated how he will look to complete his career somewhere in the next 12 months.
From everyone at Wrestle Newz, we wish Bryan Danielson a safe and speedy recovery.
So, does Bryan Danielson need to work at a safer and slower pace to avoid injuries?
