According to a report, AEW signed the manager of the Mogul Embassy Affiliates stable, Prince Nana, to a multi-year deal. More on this story, below.
Nana Inks Multi-Year AEW Deal
The Mogul Embassy is a prominent faction within All Elite Wrestling. The stable is comprised of Swerve Strickland as well as the Ring of Honor Six-Man Tag Champs Gates of Agony and Brian Cage.
Still, any great faction needs a stellar manager, and the ever-eccentric Nana is an incredible one. This makes it no surprise that the company wanted to ensure that he stays All Elite for as long as possible.
Bryan Danielson Slowing Things Down
As per a report from Fightful Select, sources state that the stable’s manager has inked a multi-year deal with the company. It’s been said that he’s received high praise within the promotion for his work.
The AEW Manager’s History With The Company
He joined the Ring of Honor in 2002, creating the Embassy faction two years later. He’d be with the company on-again/off-again until Tony Khan purchased ROH in 2022.
It was that year that it was announced he had received Tully Blanchard’s stable, as the wrestling legend was on his way out of the promotion. The self-proclaimed Ashanti prince oversaw Jonathan Gresham in his final ROH bout when he lost his World title to Claudio Castagnoli.
He later managed Brian Cage and the Gates of Agony when they won the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championships from Dalton Castle and The Boys. Since then, The Embassy has merged with Strickland’s Mogul Affiliates, and the faction is now known as the Mogul Embassy.
He has done well as Swerve’s manager, flanking Strickland as he battled it out with “Hangman” Adam Page recently on Dynamite. It’ll be interesting to see what he does next.
