WWE viewer Izzy Moreno, best known for being Bayley’s “superfan” back in the day is set to make her wrestling debut. On the cusp of the big event, her “hero” sent her an encouraging message via social media.

WWE Superfan Set To Wrestle For The First Time

Some longtime NXT fans may remember little Izzy during Bayley’s heyday with the developmental brand. She would sit in the front row and mimic her idol’s attire, always with a sign and tons of love for The Hugger.

In fact, in 2015 during TakerOver: Respect, she sat ringside during Bayley’s NXT Women’s Championship defense match against Sasha Banks. While she did not participate, she was there to support her favorite wrestler.

Looks like Moreno is about to make the transition from “fan” to “talent”. At the young age of 16, Izzy will be making her debut on August 12th, as she faces Jazmin Allure in a singles match, performing for Mission Pro Wrestling, a promotion led by AEW’s Thunder Rosa.

A Heartfelt, Yet Heel-ish Tweet

Ahead of the big day, Izzy posted a photo of herself in Bayley-inspired gear. She seems very excited about Saturday.

Of course, the Role Model tweeted Moreno a message, after the fact. In typical Bayley form, it was encouraging, but also humorous, too.

Bayley tends to stay in character even on social media, for the most part, but the Damage CTRL leader likely made her superfan’s day. Izzy replied to the post thanking her for being her “hero” and hoping that one day she can inspire someone as Bayley did for her.

At the young age of 16, Izzy could have a very bright future in professional wrestling. As a fan, she may have learned the tools needed to connect with audiences, but she just now needs to ensure her in-ring skills are on point.
