Undertaker says Roman Reigns run is one of the greatest ever, after not being pinned in years and being Undisputed WWE Universal Champion for over 1,000 days.

The Undertaker has seen it all in WWE and is maybe the most respected superstar ever. Therefore, when he says Roman Reigns run is one of the greatest ever, it needs be taken seriously.
Recently, Reigns surpassed 1,000 days as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. The last time that occurred was 40 years ago.
To celebrate the honor, Triple H presented Reigns with a new title on a recent episode of SmackDown. It is unknown if the new belt will replace the Universal Championship and WWE Championship.
Speaking with Oliver Browning of The Independent, Undertaker grave major credit stating Roman Reigns run is one of the greatest ever.
“He’s doing a phenomenal job,” said Undertaker. “His character, his talent and everything has grown exponentially through this run.”
“It’s arguably one of the greatest runs ever. I like it because it’s such an old school move, to have the title that long.”
“The Deadman” did stop short if Reigns is up there with Hulk Hogan and Steve Austin. They are often considered two of the most influential wrestlers in WWE and all of wrestling.
The Undertaker then shared his belief that Reigns has to be in the conversation regarding the greatest superstars of all time, though he questioned if he is in the same boat as Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan.
“He’s got to be in the conversation,” said Undertaker. “But do you put him in the same boat as Stone Cold Steve Austin, or Hulk Hogan?”
“I don’t know. Everything’s so subjective when it comes to that.”
Reigns defeated Undertaker in the main event of WrestleMania 33. The match was awful as Undertaker was physically hurt and not in amazing shape.
A few moths later, at Extreme Rules, it ended much better as the major stars defeated Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre.
Since then, Undertaker finally made the right call and retired after WrestleMania 36.
