It seems that “Stone Cold” Steve Austin turned down a wild $1 million opportunity from Logan Paul to dress up as a Prime bottle at WrestleMania 41.
As expected, this year’s WrestleMania was a classic WWE spectacle. It featured big surprises, entrances, and moments. And it also included Steve Austin nearly catching a lawsuit. After he drove his ATV into the ring barrier, before announcing the attendance for night two of the event. However, Logan Paul had an idea for him to make another unexpected appearance this past weekend.
“Bro, we offered Steve a million dollars to be in the Prime bottle, and he didn’t do it, so instead he ran a poor woman over with an ATV… I don’t even think he considered it for a second… Imagine if he revealed his face in the Prime bottle and it’s f***ing Stone Cold. He could have done anything, which is why I think it would have worked ultimately. Maybe one year.”
Logan Paul – “Impaulsive”
Friends of Paul dressing up in a Prime bottle costume has become a consistent gimmick he’s used in his matches. As well as having one of his posse bring him brass knuckles during bouts. However, spicing things up by having Austin be revealed as the person wearing the costume would have been a great surprise at this year’s event.
However, it is not too surprising that Austin turned down the idea. While the WWE legend loves to have a good time, wearing a Prime bottle costume to randomly attack Paul wouldn’t make much sense. And he has made it clear over the last few decades that he is very picky about what he does when he shows up at WWE events.
Rumors in recent years have suggested he has turned down other big-money offers from the company to make more meaningful appearances or compete in matches.
