Even if every safety protocol is followed, getting injured is unavoidable. It goes hand-in-hand with the business.

Companies are always dealing with people getting hurt, hence the need to frequently change storyline directions with little reasoning. At the moment, two female wrestlers from WWE and AEW are now on the injured list.

NXT’s Nikkita Lyons is out of action, with no details yet on what happened. The timing is awful as she literally returned to TV about a month ago.

Previously, she suffered a torn ACL and meniscus in her right knee. Months later, Blair Davenport was revealed as the person taking out various NXT women wresters. 

Blair and Lyons did not got even get a chance to finish their storyline. 

The 24 year old is very popular with fans, getting over organically. Hopefully, the latest injury will be minor.

Switching to the AEW side, Julia Hart is also dealing with an injury. Again, the exact details have not been disclosed.

She last wrestle in mid-January, where she defeated Anna Jay. Some say the injury occurred during that match.

Fightful Select reports how the TBS Champion should not be out for long. But, a return in February does not look great.

Since joining House Of Black, Hart has been pushed in the women’s division. She is only 22 years old and has already been with AEW for several years.

There is a chance we see Julia become a major star. I could WWE also trying to sign her away from AEW.
