The company has been doing what it can to honor the Superstar and his legacy, and now we are hearing that WWE is working on a Bray Wyatt project.
And, it seems that the company will be working with Wyatt’s brother, Bo Dallas.
Dallas was never revealed to have returned to the company, but by all accounts he was the man under the Uncle Howdy mask.
PWInsider confirmed recently that Bo Dallas remains under contract.
And while he is not on television anymore, nor has he been in months, the company is still putting him to work.
WWE Working On Bray Wyatt Project
The project, which we know little about, would be another move that WWE takes to honor the late Superstar.
Presumably, it would also be a vehicle for WWE to help provide additional support to the late Wyndham Rotunda’s family.
WWE has already put Bray Wyatt’s family on a Legends contract. That was in addition to giving all profits from his merchandise to them as well.
The idea of a project about Bray Wyatt, of any kind, is equal parts intriguing and exciting.
A Superstar gone too soon, we were just about to get more of his talents…and it was over too fast.
Now, we will have something else to look forward to.
The intrigue comes from where the project has come together in the last week or so.
According to a report, WWE had Bo Dallas working in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Pittsburgh is of great significance to The Fiend, and it will be interesting to see where that goes.
Jason Baker and Callosum Studios is in Pittsburgh, and this is the man and studio responsible for Bray Wyatt’s wonderful and creepy masks.
What, if anything, they will be doing on the project will be very interesting to find out.
It cannot bring Wyatt back, but if it gives us more time enjoying the legend that was Bray Wyatt, many fans will be happy about that.
One other thing I can’t help but wonder is this: could this have anything to do with Wyatt’s expected and eventual WWE Hall of Fame induction?
