Tammy Sytch’s trial is finally over after about a year and a half, and she’s been charged with DUI Manslaughter for her role in the passing of a 75-year-old man. According to a report, a sentencing date has been made in this case.
Tammy Sytch’s Sentencing Date
As per PWInsider, the WWE Hall of Famer sentence date for this case is on Monday, November 27th at 9 a.m. The report notes that she’ll be sentenced for DUI Manslaughter, as well as three other charges, including DUI causing damage to property and multiple counts of DUI causing injury to a person.
The sentencing is a result of the former WWE star pleading ‘no contest’ to all charges in August, accepting a guilty plea, but not admitting guilt or fault. It’s being said that she will be sentenced to a minimum of 25 years in prison, and the prosecution is looking for 26 years.
Even if her sentence is decreased because of good behavior, she will still serve a minimum of four years in prison.
Sytch & The History Of This Case
Back in May 2022, she was arrested, two months after the March car crash, where she hit the victim’s vehicle while at a traffic stop. Reports note that her blood alcohol levels were 3 and ½ times higher than what the legal limit is.
In addition, an unsealed vodka bottle was found in the car after the collision. The former WWE star has noted in court that she’s dealt with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after the car crash.

Still, her court woes don’t end here, as she’s also being sued by the victim’s family, and attempted to file a dismissal in 2022. No other information on the civil suit at this time.
