WWE Hall Of Famer Steve Austin’s Hilarious New Look For Super Bowl
The former WWE champion hopped on social media recently to tell fans he’ll be appearing in a Kawasaki ad for the Super Bowl. The photo of his “new look” can be seen below.
As you can see, he’s donning a hilarious mullet for the ad. The caption included in the photo notes if fans notice anything different.
Steve then goes on to write, “yep, it’s the shirt”. Austin also happens to be wearing an Austin 2:11 shirt, versus his regular Austin 3:16.
Super Bowl LVIII is taking place on Sunday, February 11th, thus the 2:11 reference. Austin is a brand ambassador for Kawasaki, previously appearing in a Mule SX ad.
Stone Cold Steve Austin’s WWE History
Steve Austin is undeniably one of the greatest and most recognizable WWE stars in the company’s history. During his tenure with the promotion, he held the WWE title six times, the IC title twice, and was a four-time Tag Team Champion.
Among other accolades, he was the 1996 King of the Ring and won the Royal Rumble a record-breaking three times (1997, 1998, 2001). It’s no surprise he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2009.
The last time WWE fans saw Austin in action was Night One of WrestleMania 38 in 2022. He faced Kevin Owens in the main event during a No Holds Barred match.
It was the first wrestling bout he participated in, in over 19 years. He ended up with the win after hitting KO with a Stone Cold Stunner.
