An ex-WWE star recently had an interview, talking about a number of things. One was about possibly stepping in the ring again, where he notes “those days” are behind him.
Hornswoggle Talks About “In-Ring” Action
During a chat with Inside The Ropes, Hornswoggle notes that he would “love to” (wrestle again), but those days are likely behind him. He states that because of his second failed back surgery, it isn’t in the cards.
Hornswoggle goes on to say that he can coach, teach, and help other talent. He states that he’s “okay” with that.
‘Swoggle is probably best known for the storyline that involved him being Vince McMahon’s illegitimate son. An arc that he still gets asked today this day about.
He’s quick to note that the storyline first revealed he was Vince’s kid. Then it swerved, and it was Finlay who ended up being Hornswoggle’s onscreen dad.
The former talent states that Eric Postel is his “real dad”, who is one of the “coolest” people on the planet. During the interview, he talks about some advice his father gave him.

Hornswoggle was also asked if he’s on good terms with the WWE. He states that he is.

Hornswoggle notes that his “real dad” gave him the best advice when he got released from the company. That is, there’s no reason to burn a bridge.
His father goes on to note that the WWE gave him 10 years of living his “absolute dream”. Therefore, there’s no reason to talk badly about the company and possibly ruin a relationship.
Hornswoggle notes that the WWE did give him 10 great years of living an awesome life and providing for his son. Therefore, he abstains from talking negatively about them.
