WWE Clash At The Castle Card, Preview And Predications
Currently, there are five matches confirmed. The two big ones will be the annual Money In The Bank Ladder Matches. The winner from each match will have a year, where he or she can cash-in their contract at any time for a guaranteed title shot. In the past, the holder of the briefcase typically makes a successful cash-in. Also, we have title matches and a six person tag with The Bloodline that looks vicious.
Men’s Money In The Bank ladder Match: Jey Uso Vs Carmelo Hayes Vs. Andrade Vs Chad Gable vs LA Knight Vs Drew McIntyre
At the moment, not many of the current entrants look like obvious choices to win. Considering Jey Uso is on the official poster, he likely has the best odds. I can see the reaction he gets is massive, but I still question if he is main event ready. Grabbing the briefcase might shift my beliefs.
Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match: Iyo Sky Vs Chelsea Green Vs Lyra Valkyria Vs Naomi Vs Tiffany Stratton Vs Zoey Stark
Remember, WWE only introduced the female side of the gimmick a few years ago. Therefore, anyone has a decent chance of winning. Iyo Sky won last year, hence making her my last pick to secure the win. Lyra Valkyria has been pushed heavily by WWE and I can see her walking away the victor. Also, you never know with Chelsea Green and I would endorse her gabbing the briefcase. Or, Tiffany Stratton could make the argument as well about getting the major win.
World Heavyweight Championship: Damian Priest Vs Seth “Freakin” Rollins
Before WrestleMania 40, Seth Rollins was already working on a bum knee. He wrestled both nights and got involved in the main event on night 2. Then, he took a hiatus for surgery. Damian Priest has not been a strong champion and Rollins regaining the belt should happen because at the end of the day, Gunther is leaving SummerSlam World Heavyweight Champion.
Intercontinental Championship: Sami Zayn Vs Bron Breakker
Bron Breakker is going to be WWE Champion within a few years. Honestly, it might happen sooner considering how great he looked in NXT and on the main roster. If Breakker does not win the title, then he loses via disqualification. Although, I think the title will change hands and Breakker holds it until late in the year.
Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton & Kevin Owens Vs The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and/or Jacob Fatu)
When I look the names involved, you know this is going to be violent. The Bloodline has changed so much within a few months and they now seem more dangerous than ever. Because most of the members are new to WWE fans, I have to pick The Bloodline winning and then Solo Sikoa challenging Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam. Then, I have a feeling Roman Reigns returns and The Bloodline have a civil war.
