Bully Ray has been teasing fans for a little bit now so we have to ask…will we be seeing a Dudleyz comeback at WrestleMania 40?
This ask comes immediately following a cryptic post by the former Bubba on social media.
In the post, you see a rising phoenix and a date.
April 5th is the same date as the SmackDown prior to WrestleMania 40, as well as the annual WWE Hall of Fame induction.
Seeing Bubba and D-Von at the Hall of Fame ceremony would make a ton of sense, all things considered.
As the class is currently constituted, Paul Heyman sits as the headline inductee.
The Dudleyz broke out while in ECW under Heyman’s guidance. There is a history and a relationship there, so having a pair of ECW legends present would not shock.
Then again, Bully later confirmed that he will be doing something with his Busted Open show at the 2300 Arena on Saturday. That is the former ECW Arena.
So, it is abundantly clear that at least one Dudley will be in Philadelphia…
Will We Be Seeing A Dudleyz Comeback At WrestleMania 40?
What else is clear, as of this past RAW? There will be a ladder match for the undisputed tag team titles at WrestleMania 40.
And we know that Bubba and D-Von put themselves on the map with ladder matches, among other extreme spectacles.
Especially in Philadelphia.

With his social media teases of coming back for another run, and the stars aligning in Philly…could we see a Dudleyz comeback at WrestleMania 40?
Nothing has been said yet, but it is fun to dream.
The reality is, Bully Ray is working as limited a schedule as can be now. D-Von is basically fully retired, but comes out from time to time.
It would be special, and the people at The Linc would pop for it. Whether it happens?
We just have to wait and see.
