After what we reported, WWE’s Maryse provides an update following a rare pre-cancer scare in earlier in February.

Specifically, the former WWE champion told the world she had received a rare pre-cancer diagnosis.

As a result of the findings, she was to undergo further procedures to identify the scope of things and then ideally remedy the situation.

She recently provided an update, as she had her first procedures this week.

Many sites have covered her most recent update, including eWrestlingnews.com

Per her update, doctors removed 11 implants from her abdomen. This included areas around her uterus and ovaries.

She is back at home and doing what she can to keep busy. Her social media post detailed how she is walking as much as she can now.

And she has a good reason for that.

Maryse Provides Update Following Health Scare

The better half of Mike Mizanin, Maryse noted that she is walking thirty to forty minutes a day now, because in a couple weeks, she can’t.

She is scheduled for a hysterectomy shortly. That procedure will remove the female organs that have her at risk, and are what flagged the pre-cancer diagnosis.

But she is walking now because once she has her next procedure, she will be on bed rest for a bit

It is surely a scary situation, but one with a major silver lining.

I can imagine that no one wants to get her diagnosis, but the key chunk here is “pre”.

A screening caught things early. Hopefully by being proactive about this, it will allow Maryse to avoid any more unwanted outcomes down the road.

She was hopefully blessed to have the early screening. What is being done now is no sure thing that she will be free and clear forever, but it has to lessen her risks.

If anything, this is a good reminder to make sure you do your preventive screenings as needed. It’s a lot easier to schedule a proactive surgery to prevent things, versus reactive surgery and chemo.

We wish all the best for Maryse after this rare Pre-Cancer Scare and her family.
