It probably isn’t a shock, but convicted WWE Hall of Famer Sunny is asking for less jail time.

Sunny, real name Tammy Lynn Sytch, was arrested and convicted as a result of a fatal crash while she was driving under the influence.

Her current sentence calls for her to serve 17 years behind bars.

However, her public defender has filed an appeal, seeking a reduction in time.

It is important to note that the appeal is not challenging the guilty verdict or the conviction with time to be served in prison.

However, her public defender is appealing on how the time in her sentence has been applied.

Sunny Asking For Less Jail Time

It may take a Christmas miracle, but that is what the disgraced Hall of Famer is hoping for.

She knows she’s doing time, given that she was behind the wheel, driving while under the influence, and tragically killed a 75 year old man.

The timing of the ask, especially for that man’s family around the holidays, is poor.

It is probably fortunate for Tammy Sytch that her appeal is purely on the grounds of the legal framework of sentencing.

Because, if in any appeal, the court would get to take into account her criminal record?

That would not go well for her at all.

She was once known as the hottest, most downloaded woman in all of wrestling. It has been a precipitous fall from grace for Sytch.

And, every time she had another stumble, rather than getting help and staying on the right path…she stumbles and falls down.

Perhaps it’s just my view of it, but it seems every time she has stumbled, it’s gotten worse and worse.

And yet, I am not even sure that this current prison term represents her rock bottom scenario.

I do hope, whenever Sytch is released from this prison term, that she finally gets the help she needs.

And more importantly, that this time, it finally sinks in and she doesn’t hurt anyone else-herself included.
