The story of the All Out Brawl NDA takes an interesting turn, as Chris Jericho and CM Punk’s lawyer spar on social media.

It only came to light recently that Punk (among others involved) signed a lifetime non-disclosure agreement.

That means that we won’t ever hear Punk or Ace Steel discuss the events that transpired.

Per that report, the only one directly involved or witnessing the events who didn’t sign one was Steel’s wife Lucy.

Except, when that news came to light…someone else decided to challenge the narrative.

Specifically, AEW talent Chris Jericho said that he witnessed the events, and he did not sign an NDA preventing him from spilling the tea.

And then, just like that-on Christmas-things got heated.

The bulk of the discussion was captured by WrestleTalk.

What is perhaps most interesting is that while Stephen New (Punk’s lawyer) contends that his NDA is part of the AEW handbook…

Jericho declares that he does not have one and has never had one or adhered to one in his four years with the company.

While this in and of itself could be part of the problem with the company…let’s dive in.

So, you’ve got one of the biggest stars of his generation spouting off on social media that there isn’t a handbook for him to adhere to.

New retorts that there is, unless he has a special one (and I’d guess plenty there did).

But…someone else chimed in and called Jericho out.

All this without even getting into Jim Cornette absolutely roasting Jericho as well.

What all this does, for me? It shows just how chaotic AEW is.

A major name for them either doesn’t read the handbook, doesn’t know there is one, or doesn’t think it applies?

Jericho is supposedly one of the trusted veterans. Given how bad the backstage incident allegedly was, you’d expect Tony Khan wanting his entire locker room to just shut up and move on.

That is one good reason he paid money to get CM Punk and Ace Steel to not speak another word about it again.

With Y2J not getting that memo, however? This one is worth watching, because things could get interesting again.
