While MJF is part of AEW, there have been plenty of conversations about his future. Based on a recent image, AEW could be under the impression he is leaving.
Possible Clue MJF Will Leave AEW For WWE
When AEW arrived, it allowed more opportunities for wrestlers and fans. Also, it brought back wrestlers jumping ship once their deal expires are they are terminated.
We know several WWE superstars have their contracts end in a matter of months. On the AEW side, MJF will be a free agent in the near future.
And, the AEW World Champion has made it no secret that he could join WWE. Remember, there was a time when MJF and Tony Khan were on totally different pages.
It saw Maxwell Jacob Friedman get squashed by Wardlow. Then, there was the infamous curse-filled promo before the brash wrestler took a hiatus from TV.
Upon retuning, Maxwell Jacob Friedman eventually found himself in a title match. He won and is now the longest reigning AEW World Champion as he closes in on a full year reign.
In what could a be clue about his future, MJF is not featured on the All In poster. The event will return to London on August 25, 2024.
Maxwell Jacob Friedman opened the previous All In, where he won the ROH Tag Team Championship with Adam Cole. They then met in the main event, where he retained the AEW World Championship.
MJF will be a huge star wherever he lands. Although, he might be better in AEW because they go further than the PG rating.
Face or heel, Maxwell Jacob Friedman has the potential to be a someone fans talk about for the next 15 years. He truly is that good.
So, will MJF re-sign with AEW or is WWE is next stop?
