We are just learning the WWE contract for Bobby Lashley will be up either within a few weeks or next month. So, what is his current status?

WWE has re-signed the likes of Chad Gable, Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre to new deals. At the same time, they inked contracts with high-profile names from NJPW and CMLL. Then, there is Becky Lynch who is yet to re-sign.
Now, a top name could be out of WWE in the coming weeks or sometime in August. Sean Ross Sapp broke on Fightful Select the WWE contract update on Bobby Lashley. The report continued how Lashley plans to continue to wrestling, even if a deal cannot be made with WWE. We are not sure where either side at the moment.
If WWE Does Not Offer A Good Contract Deal, Bobby Lashley Has Many Options
Lashley would draw anymore and TNA might willing because of his past dominance there. Of course, AEW likes to sign any to name, despite their oversized roster. Also, a return to MMA was not out of the question. He worked for some decent promotions, like Strikeforce, and racked-up an impressive record. Getting he chance to wrestle in the UFC would be major.
Fans have not seen Lashley for several months. The former multi-time WWE Champion last worked alongside the The Street Profits, which led to a WrestleMania 40 match. He left the team with little explanation. His last match was a win at a May 25 live event against Santos Escobar. No real reason why he has only wrestled five times this year. I can see Lashley leaving for TNA and NJPW. So, will the WWE contract for Bobby Lashley expire and he exits?
