Time for our RAW results for September 23, 2024, by the end of the evening, can we answer this question : Yeet for the win?

Quick Results
- Sami Zayn defeated Ludwig Kaiser
- Dragon Lee made really quick work of Carlito. I assume Carlito got a nice pay day to return, but he really hasn’t done much but lose a lot, right?
- The Miz and Bronson Reed never happened. Reed was attacked by Strowman during his entrance and chaos ensued. Honestly, I was beginning to think here was where we’d see a Miz heel turn, since Reed and Miz have done business in the past.
- Kairi Sane and IYO SKY defeat Unholy Union, and in the process earn a shot at Bianca and Jade’s titles.
- The Creeds defeat New Day. Unlike recent weeks, this loss seemed to be owed to a miscue on Xavier Woods’ part.
- Jey Uso did what he had to do and defeated Bron Breakker to become your new Intercontinental Champion.
Best Match
Without a doubt, Jey Uso pinning Bron Breakker to win the Intercontinental Championship. It was a good match with a big exclamation point. Nice win for Jey. Looks like dad was wrong.
Worst Match
Dragon Lee and Carlito. Blink and you miss it, almost. The chatter from Ilya Dragunov and JD McDonagh made me want that before these guys ever even made it to the ring.
Noteworthy Moments
Dom is going to be in a shark cage above the ring to keep him out of the way. Interesting twist.
Several promos, some new (Priest) and some not (Cody/Roman) via vignette. Plus, some in person too. Drew was good, not great. It was not a signature mic moment by any stretch, and I think the feud is on it’s last legs. Hopefully it’s dead and buried following Bad Blood.
Was I seeing things, or did I see a vikings-esque teaser? We getting the Viking Raiders back? I thought both were out for a while, and Valhalla is having a baby (or had). I assume its a return, but…I did see it didn’t I?
I did. And to those somehow thinking Nordic type fonts would be the still-not-out-of-AEW Lucha Bros? Funny.
Holy S!@# Moments
Having Braun Strowman and Big Bronson Reed crash that opening shot was a nice touch.
That headbutt to Liv Morgan from Rhea Ripley? That one hurt me, and I am on the other side of the country.
Lowlights
Honestly not much to complain about. Good show, lots going on. My only regret may be that the Jey title win closed the show but we were out of time, so we didn’t see much celebrating. Like, I wasn’t expecting a Cody level post-match thing. But for someone as tenured as Jey Uso, I was surprised we didn’t get Sami coming out.

Highlights
Loved that open (and they even plugged the toy car to match the Lucha Lowrider). Things progressed nicely. Sami versus Ludwig started us strong, we had good action in between and finished it super strong with Jey and Bron.
After The Final Bell
There is now just a single show left between us and Bad Blood (in terms of RAW). Next week’s presumed main event has to be the Last Monster Standing match, right? There’s probably something I forgot, but that one should be a serious brawl. But, overall, to wrap this one? Yeet for the win indeed. These are RAW results I can get behind.
