Popular WWE figure Samantha Irvin has departed WWE. The news went public with her message on social media. She thanked the fans and those she worked beside during her three year run. Irvin is known for being the ring announcer for RAW and SmackDown. Also, she would work pay per views, often leaving fans thrilled with her performance. She really went out there and made the wrestlers look better by simply repeating their name with such emphasis.
Triple H, Paul Heyman, Michael Cole and Mark Henry were some of the names mentioned. With RAW only hours away, we will see who will handle her role. She could be there, but her post sounded like she was completely done with WWE.

According to WrestleVotes, those in WWE are shocked. Clearly, it is a talking point in Philadelphia. Although, it should not be the biggest surprise. Her partner, Ricochet, left WWE earlier in the year and joined AEW. Thus far, he is getting a better push than in WWE. Although, we will have to see if that last.
Irvin going to AEW does not some like a stretch. I think they have enough people calling the action and introducing the wrestlers, therefore a position of manager might work. She has the talent; there is no doubt there. Outside of pro wrestling, she can have a successful career in anything involving her voice. Truly, a major asset WWE did not want to lose.
