Fans love cameos in the first WWE premium live event of the year, and during a recent video post, none other than Mick Foley seemed to open the door to a surprise appearance.
The Royal Rumble is the first of the four major premium live events for the WWE year. This year, it’s in February in Indianapolis. One thing so many (myself included) enjoy about the Rumble is the surprise returns and cameos by WWE Legends.

The WWE Hall of Famer has not been around nearly as much as some others. In Foley’s defense, he has been dealing with health issues. The man once known as Cactus Jack and Mankind recently discussed his current health and future during a chat on his YouTube channel.
Mick Foley details major improvements in health over the last year

Mick Foley revealed just how bad things were and what helped him turn his health around. Foley noted that his weight had ballooned to 377 pounds. Daily tasks were a struggle and he was afraid of what could happen. So what did he do? A mix of things.
He confirmed he used the latest diet “cheat code”, using Wegovy to aid his journey. But he also ate better and became another DDP Yoga success story. And while he had previously called off plans for a farewell match, he did take part in the recent OVW Nightmare Rumble.
Which begs the question: Could Mick Foley appear in this year’s Royal Rumble? Foley himself downplayed that, saying he was in a much better spot, but not there. And then as if on queue-he got a call from a Connecticut area code. None other than old foe Triple H, to apparently discuss the Rumble.
It could be just a teaser. Maybe Foley appears, just in the stands as WWE has been doing. Or maybe, just maybe, Mrs. Foley’s baby boy will be one of 30 with a shot to main event WrestleMania.
