While they may work for rival wrestling companies, AEW World Champ MJF and WWE superstar John Cena were spotted together recently.

AEW’s MJF Spotted With WWE’s John Cena

What, where, and how were MJF and John Cena together? Well, the two were both at the red-carpet premiere of the movie Iron Claw.

The film stars Zac Efron, among other well-known actors. It is based on Kevin Von Erich’s life, profiling him and the rest of the Von Erich family.

MJF not only has a role in the movie but also an Executive Producer credit. Meanwhile, John Cena attended the premiere and also took the opportunity to get some pictures with MJF and have a nice and friendly conversation with him (see above), despite being part of rival companies.

John Cena was not the only WWE star at the event, as Baron Corbin and Liv Morgan attended the movie premiere. Cena also took the opportunity to grab some photos with his fellow colleagues.

Speaking of Baron Corbin, he’s had quite the week. One day he’s at NXT Deadline (on Saturday) the next he has box seats and hanging out with music star Taylor Swift, and now he’s at a film premiere whooping it up with John Cena and Liv Morgan.

In other AEW news, some Von Erick family members are making an appearance on this week’s Dynamite, scheduled for Wednesday, December 13th. Looks like an episode that fans won’t want to miss.

Iron Claw releases across the U.S. on Friday, December 22nd. It centers around the Von Erich family and their success in the 1980s, popularizing the “iron claw” hold.
