As per a report, WWE has some high hopes for two rising talents. More on this story, below.
WWE Hopes Solo Sikoa & GUNTHER Can Be Top Heels For Next Decade
WrestleVotes, a wrestling “spoilers” Twitter handle recently offered some insight about Solo Sikoa and GUNTHER’s future with the WWE, via GiveMeSport. They note that the company believes both superstars are going to be main event heels over the next ten years.
The report states that the company “feels” they already have “bonafide” main event heels for the next decade, on the roster. It adds that they will be treated as such moving forward.
A Big New Superstar Coming To Imperium?
In addition, the report reveals that the impression to date that both Solo and GUNTHER have made will place them both within the “front of the line” over the following 10 years. Not a bad position to be in, right?
Although both men have also made quite an impression on fans, too. Yes, they are “heels”, but they have also earned the WWE Universe’s respect through their in-ring and promo work.
GUNTHER entered the promotion, starting off in the NXT UK brand. He’d become the longest-reigning NXT UK Champion during his time there, holding the title for 870 days.
He’s closing in on a one-year reign as Intercontinental Champion on the main roster. The talent is about 100 days short of surpassing The Honky Tonk Man’s record IC title run.
Meanwhile, a member of the Anoa’i family, Sikoa is no slouch. He joined NXT in 2021 and became the North American Champion in no time.
He jumped over to the main roster in 2022 and jumped immediately into the Bloodline faction. He’s set to team up with his cousin and Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns, at Night of Champions.
The match will see them challenge current WWE Tag Champs, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Could Silo add another piece of gold to his resume after this event?
