WWE superstar Brock Lesnar is a part-time talent with the company, but with the Royal Rumble and Road to WrestleMania season on the horizon, when should fans expect his big return?
Brock Lesnar’s Major WWE Return
Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio notes that Lesnar is expected to return “very soon”. Meltzer believes that his return was not slated this week on WWE RAW because the show went up against the Emmy Awards and football and would thus experience low ratings.
With his part-time schedule, Lesnar is known to take the fall and winter off. But he always does return around the Royal Rumble.
With weeks away from the big event, Dave believes he could come back as early as next week. If not next week, then shortly after that.
As of this writing, Lesnar is not been confirmed for the 2024 Royal Rumble. However, there’s a very good chance he’ll be a part of the PLE, as he generally shows up for the match and these appearances tend to set up his WrestleMania storyline.
Brock Lesnar & The WWE Royal Rumble
The Beast is part of a rare group of WWE stars who have won the Royal Rumble match, twice. His Royal Rumble wins include in 2003 and more recently in 2022.
Hulk Hogan Makes A Real Life Save
He is not favored to win the big bout this year. However, if he did, he would join “Stone Cold” Steve Austin as the other only WWE star to win the match three times.
The last time fans saw Lesnar was at the 2023 SummerSlam event. He lost his match to the “American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, but shared a nice moment in the ring afterward.
Still, fans were caught off guard when Brock was not a part of the Crown Jewel PLE in Saudi Arabia this past November. He generally participates in this PLE, so it was surprising that he did not attend.
