WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill vs Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell

Finally, it feels like the women’s tag division is getting there. It still needs more actual teams, but a huge improvement from a year ago.

Also, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill are a good combination as they remain on TV, while fans keep a close eye on the young champions. Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell need to stay together, at least for the division.

Cool final spot from Belair and Cargill to secure the victory. When the time is right, they will probably feud at length. Grade: B

Queen Of The Ring Finals: Lyra Valkyria vs Nia Jax

When the tournament was announced, I did not envision Lyra Valkyria or Nia Jax in the finals. A year makes a huge difference, as Valkyria was in NXT and Nia was just returning to WWE.

We saw Nia focus on her power, with Valkyria using her speed. WWE built the match like Valkyria was the underdog and the match came across as such.

After everything with Nia, I like her winning the crown to help the character continue to get over. It was too soon for Valkyria to win as she still needs to prove herself. Grade: B

Women’s World Championship: Liv Morgan vs Becky Lynch

WWE was thrown for a loop when Rhea Ripley suffered an injury and needed to vacate her title. They booked a late battle royal, with Becky Lynch last eliminating Liv Morgan for the win.

In the process, Morgan seemed to turn heel. I liked match, but both women were calling their spots rather loud.

Dominik Mysterio played a huge role and many think he wanted Morgan to win. When Rhea is back in about a month, she is not short on possible matches. Grade: B+

Intercontinental Championship: Sami Zayn vs Chad Gable vs Bronson Reed

Having Sami Zayn dethrone Gunther was the right call. They needed to get the belt off him and the gold kept Sami hot.

I feel like the bigger story was Chad Gable’s continued heel turn. He gave Otis specific directions, but those two are clearly splitting.

Bronson Reed felt like the odd person out, so he took the pinfall loss. The live crowd loves Sami, which helped the progress of the match. Grade: B+

King Of The Ring Finals: Gunther vs Randy Orton

For the longest time, Gunther seemed like a future world champion. Now, we are one step closer after he defeated Randy Orton in the finals.

Orton played the slow-game, with Gunther relying on all his tools. Once the back became the focus, Gunther zeroed-in.

With the win, Gunther also gets a title shot at SummerSlam and I think he leaves champion. Honestly, I was hoping the match would be a little better. Grade: B+

Undisputed Championship: Cody Rhodes vs Logan Paul

You have to think the government of Saudi Arabia played a role in Logan Paul being in the main event. Remember, he unsuccessfully challenged Roman Reigns last year.

It was all about how Logan would find a way to cheat, and if Cody Rhodes would go the same direction. As expected, two athletic people produced a good match.

I liked how WWE has worked on Logan being pushed as a heel and not tweener. Rhodes winning was not a surprise, but still a compelling story. Grade: B+
