WWE is always on the lookout for talent, and after this weekend, could this person be the next big Superstar?

To recap, this weekend was a big one in Florida. That fun began in Miami with SmackDown, and you can check those WWE results here..

Things continued and really concluded with the excitement of this year’s Royal Rumble, which was as good as ever.

Based on the reactions this one Superstar received, it now has people wondering if he could end up going on to be the next big NXT (and main roster) Superstar. That report comes via Haus of Wrestling.

And in part, that has to be driven by the response he received doing a run-in on SmackDown.

To give this talent the praise is saying something, because NXT has quietly reloaded.

You’ve got a nearly fully on the main roster talent in Carmelo Hayes. Bron Breakker looks like he’s about to make the leap too.

In the women’s Rumble, Tiffany Stratton especially impressed, as did others.

But this one stems from Friday, and none other than Trick Williams.

All of this comes from a run-in, mind you.

Some of us follow all three shows. But, plenty of fans don’t.

Being completely honest, I missed out on some of the best NXT years because I didn’t tune in, so at one point I was oblivious.

So, when Williams, who to that point had never been seen on SmackDown, got the pop that he did?

People in the back are saying that the rising Superstar could indeed have future main event potential in him.

Like, WrestleMania main event potential.

So, will it happen? That remains to be seen.

But it is clear that he is getting over, massively, and has all the tools to make it work.

It seems like 2024 is going to go a long way toward seeing if Williams is the next big Superstar, in WWE or in NXT.
