After a frustrating loss at this year’s Full Gear PPV, are changes ahead for the Young Bucks?

If you watched the aftermath of that losing effort, you already know that Matt Jackson had a bit of a temper tantrum after the bell.

Call it being a sore loser or a poor sport, but according to Fightful, this behavior could be a sign of what is to come.

Specifically, if those actions didn’t do it yet, the belief is that we can expect a full-on heel turn for the brothers and AEW executive vice presidents.

And if everything we’ve read is true, the changes have already begun.

Brandon Cutler is expected to join the brothers with the turn, and word is he will serve as their mouthpiece going forward.

To that end, things have likely already begun.

As ominous as that sounds, per reports, this all lines up with the planned changes coming for the Bucks.

Fightful adds that Matt and Nick Jackson likely won’t only be joined by Cutler. There is a belief that at least one more talent will align themselves with the newly minted heel trio.

Honestly, this might be exactly what the team needs.

Change, as the saying goes, can do you good.

And it’s hard to say that Nick and Matt have not been at least a bit stale and predictable leading up to this apparent turn.

Turning them heel allows them to breathe new life into their AEW stories, and affords them new creative opportunities.

And of course, since they lost their tag title shots to Jericho and Omega, there’s an obvious revenge match waiting for them.

Plus, given the extensive history between Kenny Omega and the Bucks, there are quite a few different directions any future feud could go.

So, are the changes ahead for The Young Bucks the right call?
