Triple H Hates Money in the Bank? Wild Rumor Emerges About WWE Head of Creative

WWE Money in the Bank is one of the most enthralling concepts beloved by fans. However, WWE CCO Triple H is apparently not a fan. While one major outlet made the claim, another one backed it up.

WrestleVotes reported that The King of Kings has a dislike for the Money in the Bank concept and has never been a fan of it. Fightful Select seemingly backed that claim and stated that this debate “certainly tracks” with what they have been told since the report surfaced online.

Triple H has never competed in the Money in the Bank ladder match in his illustrious career. The Game possibly not being a fan of it can be traced back to his heated history with veteran star Chris Jericho. After all, it was the former AEW World Champion who came up with the idea for the bout that has changed the careers of countless WWE superstars.

Regardless of the Chief Content Officer’s opinion, WWE would not be looking to abandon the PLE concept. The sole reason is that it is a huge money maker for WWE. Moreover, the Stamford-based promotion has already announced the show for next year. It is scheduled to take place on August 29, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

As for this year, the Premium Live Event proved to be yet another remarkable success for WWE. It featured multiple stars like John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Becky Lynch, Logan Paul, Jey Uso, and other marquee names. Moreover, the prime highlight saw Seth “Freakin” Rollins and Naomi winning their respective Money in the Bank ladder matches.

The major noteworthy moment from this year’s edition of Money in the Bank PLE was the return of R-Truth. The veteran had been released, which invited major backlash from fans. WWE acknowledged it and brought him back within a week. With the Money in the Bank event becoming monumental by the year, it can be said that it will be a huge part of the WWE lineup despite the man in charge’s personal opinion.
