WWE headed to Germany for Bash In Berlin 2024 and we have a recap of each match in our report card. So, let us see how we did.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) Vs Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill
A little over two months ago, The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Since they dropped them, I feel the title win from Clash At The Castle was done because of location.
Personally, not the best match from any of the superstars. I would say Jade Cargill still has a ways to go before being at the level of Bianca Belair or the ex champions.
WWE needs to keep the tag titles on two women for at least six months. Otherwise, the belts will continue to hold no value. Grade: B-
Mixed Tag Team Match: The Terror Twins (Damian Priest & Rhea Ripley) Vs The Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio & Liv Morgan)
It feels like the split of The Judgement Day has taken over a year. Without Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley, the stable is lacking credibility.
Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan had plenty of heat, with Rhea being massively over in Germany. I figured the heels win to keep the angle going.
It might be time for a change as I want to see Rhea and Morgan find new programs. Of everyone in the match, I do not know where Priest goes next. Grade: B+
World Heavyweight Championship: Gunther Vs Randy Orton
They two met in the King Of The Ring finals, with Gunther getting a controversial win. The fans dug Randy Orton, but Gunther had home field advantage.
Like the first encounter, a good match from both. For Orton, he focused on the arm and the crowd loved it as Gunther actually won the main event with a sleeper hold.
Gunther walking away with his title was no surprise. I think WWE should have closed with another bout and started Gunter vs Orton because it was heavy on the technical wrestling; which can be boring to some. Grade: B+
Strap Match: CM Punk Vs Drew McIntyre
After 10 years, CM Punk secured a WWE win opposite Drew McIntyre. Unfortunately, it took Punk almost a year to get here.
Right away, I had concerns about how the match would unfold after, seeing the only way to win was touching four corners consecutively. We have seen this stipulation usually see the same ending.
Instead, Punk hit like three GTS in a row for the victory. Still, I feel they need at least one more match where the winner needs to get the pin or submission. Grade: A-
Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes Vs Kevin Owens
What a way go open the pay per view from Germany. A great match from two superstars who always deliver.
The biggest question was how, or if, Kevin Owens would turn on Cody Rhodes. It was heavily teased several times, but Owen remains a face.
I believe that moment might be fleeting and could change before the next major show. A rematch would be warranted if Owens returns to his viscous side. Grade: A-
