While Rhea Ripley has a lot of respectful fans, some have gone too far in showing that admiration. “Mami” revealed an alarming incident she once faced from a fan turned stalker.
In a recent appearance on “Cheap Heat,” Ripley stated that a fan reached her doorstep on one Valentine’s Day. The stalker left a poem for the former WWE Women’s World Champion and stared into her security camera.
“I had someone rock up on Valentine’s Day, this past Valentine’s Day. And luckily I was in Australia ’cause like — she just stared into my Ring camera,” Ripley said. “She left a poem under my door, saying that like we’re the sun and the moon and we’re meant to be together.”
The WWE star admitted that had she been home, she would have answered the door. According to Ripley, it could have led to an uncomfortable situation.
“If I were home, I would have answered the door, and I would have been so uncomfortable. And I don’t want to feel uncomfortable in my own damn house,” she said. “Like, that’s just not okay. Everyone should have their space to go home and relax and not have to worry about someone random looking through your window or knocking on your door.”
Over the years, many stalker incidents have come to light regarding WWE superstars. This year, there have been reports of a stalker reportedly obsessed with Liv Morgan. Moreover, another fan sent out life-threatening messages to current RAW superstar, Roxanne Perez.
One of the worst instances came when a stalker once broke into former WWE superstar Sonya Deville’s home, when she and her best friend, Mandy Rose, were present.
