It seems like motherhood is calling Naomi, and her memorable run in WWE could end much sooner than fans expected.
When the time comes, Naomi is likely to one day be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. She is one of the longest tenured female performers in company history and is a former world champion. Yet, despite over 15 years in the industry, at 37, she is right in the middle of her “wrestler prime.” However, for a woman who has long wanted to be a mother, she may now be on borrowed time at such an age.
“I always wanted kids young. I always wanted a lot,” the SmackDown star said on the “Nikki & Brie” podcast. “Your girl is getting up there. I’m 37. Time. I’ve got to figure this out like yesterday. I’m asking myself and struggling with that question. I’m definitely leaning towards it, but I’ve had health issues.”
Naomi admits this likely is her final run in WWE

Getting pregnant becomes tougher closer to 40, and after 35 years old, there is a higher risk of pregnancy complications. Yet, beyond those issues, Naomi explained her personal health issues that make it even tougher for her to have children.
“I only have one ovary,” she said. “Even if I wanted to continue wrestling longer, my biological clock, I can’t. We’ve got a lot to figure out. I have to step away and take care of my health and myself. If we’re going to have kids, I have to start that process very soon.”
Because of that fact, the WWE great admits she is making the most of her time in the company right now because it is likely coming to an end soon.
“With that on my mind and on my plate, I think that makes my time left here even more special and valuable to me. That’s why I’m so passionate about what I’m doing, because I think this might be it,” said Naomi.
