It’s been a crazy week for the young talent, and before he won gold, Bron Breakker calls out WWE Hall Of Famer The Undertaker.

Yes, you read that correctly. Bron Breakker, who defeated Sami Zayn for his first main roster singles title on Saturday at SummerSlam, had a bold move prior to the match. Breakker was giving an interview with Chris Van Vliet. During the session, Breakker was asked to reflect on interacting with The Phenom back in NXT. In case you forgot, a year ago, WWE loaded up NXT when the black and gold brand wound up going up against AEW. It was the biggest NXT ever (at least, thus far). And at one point, The Undertaker rolled down to the ring. He ended up delivering a thunderous choke slam to the brash bad a—. Breakker might be seen as WWE’s next big Superstar, but there is only one Undertaker.
One More Last Ride?
The Undertaker is retired, right? I mean, sure, we saw him make a cameo in Philadelphia as part of WrestleMania earlier this year. But that was a one shot deal, where he didn’t need to do much. But in the interview, as the pair discussed what went down in Orlando, Bron got a bit bold himself. When Van Vliet remarked that ‘Taker got Breakker up pretty high for the slam, the young Superstar stated that he believed the Dead Man still had some gas in the tank. And if he wanted to go another round, the WWE Hall of Famer would know where to find him.

Interestingly enough, following Saturday’s Intercontinental Championship win, Breakker will now be even easier to find. And, for whatever it may be worth, Breakker now holds one title that the Undertaker never did while he was a competitor. While securing that elusive title has driven someone like Sheamus, I don’t see it inspiring The Undertaker to unretire and take on Breakker in an actual match. My expectation here is it’s more talk than anything. But, it’s fun to dream I suppose. So, do you want to see The Undertaker vs Bron Breakker?
