It was dubbed “Last Monster Standing“. The big clash served as the main event for the September 30th edition of RAW. It was the culmination of weeks of animosity between Braun Strowman and Big Bronson Reed. Strowman got involved after Reed had laid out a number of RAW Superstars, beginning with Seth Rollins and going on from there. After many weeks of brawls that not even the arena could contain, the two met in a match meant to wrap up their feud.
Strowman won, but at what cost
The ring collapsed, the Visionary returned and got some revenge, and Braun Strowman got the win. But after such a train wreck of a match, at least one combatant may not be whole. According to a report from the Wrestling Observer, Braun Strowman was possibly injured during the match on RAW. Per the report, it appears that Braun sustained a possibly torn groin in the middle part of the match. It is believed that the injury happened following Bronson Reed delivering a Samoan drop. After the move, the Monster of All Monsters was seen grabbing in the general area of his groin. Worse, his already not superb mobility was clearly hindered.

Strowman gutted it out for the win. But if the report of a possibly torn groin is correct? Then it could be a bit before we see the last monster standing back in a WWE ring. Then again, initial reports could be a bit off, and perhaps what seemed like a tear is not quite so bad. This one bears watching, as RAW could be missing a monster for a bit.
